most donation centers are closed, handling is too scary for the employees

I have a basement full of my sons clothing that he has outgrown since the pandemic began. I was wondering what the deal was with the donation portion being closed, now I know... Makes sense. Good thing is that churches are still accepting donations where I live. Some child will put them to good use.
