The only section I fully understood was " To accomplish interoperation, open source developers must be able to reimplement existing program APIs in their own program code". All that other legal jargon flew right over my head.

Google didn't infringe with the APIs they recreated.

Man, I should probably start reading more about the legal aspect of things. Good read, though. Thanks for sharing, Mark.
