So let me get this straight
The Republican Governor is at fault for not issuing an order to stay at home even though every American with a third grade reading level or above understands that doing that on there own would be a mitigating step to keeping them away from The virus

So the individual Missourian has no responsibility for their own safety and it’s all the governor’s fault?

Ya, no not the way it works at all

Just like it’s not the platoon sergeant in the company commander’s fault when some idiot in the unit goes out and drinks and drives getting a DUI same exact thing they know it’s wrong then what’s harmful if they choose to do it that’s a personal failure not leader ship who didn’t lock them in their house
