This should be an interesting convention. I'm just going to wait for the fights and disrespect that will occur as a result of not wanting the man they selected to represent their party.

CPT Jack Durish Sausage making is not too bad, simply pork and assorted scraps after butchering a hog. Head cheese, now that become interesting. After the hog's head is boiled in a large kettle of lard and cools off, the farm wives removed all organic material, added a few more scraps of hog and placed the mess into a used, 5 pound, cloth sugar poke. The poke would be returned to the boiling kettle for a little more cooking, then removed and as it cooled, pressed into a slab of head cheese to be sliced for consumption later. A cross section of head cheese appeared geologic in material!

Good for them...just because they don't like it...doesn't mean they can go around it. it is what it is...I don't like it either, but I am excepting it.
