Of course he didn't mean it MR2. He had his fingers crossed behind his back, which means he didn't mean it and can take it back right? Yeah. He is another. Goosestepping Fascist Republican SA Stormtrooper in My Book.

It's called freedom of speech. He said should be not that he was going to hang her from a tree.

NO IT IS NOT!
That is a viable threat!
Say that about your C.O. - see how long you last!
They should have the Secret Service have a "talk to him!"

Ok being in the military is different. He didn't threaten her. He said "she should be" if he said "I'm going to hang her", then it's a threat. Saying she should be means he was voicing his opinion and that is a constitutionally protected right.

PO2 Robert M. - You are very Correct CTO2 the Secret Service should have a very "Long Talk" with this Scuzz Ball about Insinuating and Encouraging Violence against a Presidential Candidate and Past First Lady. Guarantee this Ass Hole is Now on a Secret Service and Diplomatic Security Service Threat Watch List.
