By "sensitive places", does the paper mean gun-free zones?
Glad they resisted the terms 'multi-purpose properties' and
the 'ban on functional firearms in vehicles'. No one should
have to unlock their trunk, load the weapon and then have
to respond to a threat because the attacker may come NOW.
