It is sad and it does not surprise me but what gets me is why done in WW2 and not done during and after WW1 and before WW2? I thought that CBRN testing was done by the Chemical Corps. My dad was exposed to chlorine and phosgene and his asthma got him out of the army and 2 years before his death in 2002, my Father received 100% disability with the VA. This was done in 1951. My Dad did mention he could have gone to a Nevada nuclear test too and I am glad he did not. His asthma got him out of being killed in Korea like many of his buddies died in the 47th Division MN ARNG in 1951-1952 and maybe the CRBN school did him a favor!
