Grand tour of the USS Jackson navy combat ship

The only real item that surprised me as a major design flaw was inability to land an Osprey on them because the exhaust was too hot? Can't land a Sea King on them currently because they are too heavy? Who the hell missed those items? Both should be able to land on this ship as they are Navy / Marine VTOL aircraft. Also some of the slide in modules look poorly designed like the much raved about 6 rack room to a toilet. Looks very crampt and space within it not well utilized (better space utilization in an Amtrak Superliner bedroom and it is a lot smaller with it's own shower and restroom). Interestingly the Navy doesn't even bother to look at what Cruise Ships and Railroads have done...........they design the modules from scratch? A second what the hell there? Why reinvent the wheel when Private Industry has a solution elsewhere?
