Has anyone tried the Grunt PT workout subscription from Mountain Tactical (formerly Military Athlete)? I've used their workouts in the past, but I've never tried their subscription because I was to cheap to drop the 30 bucks a month they were charging. It looks like now they offer a separate subscription service for active duty folks that's only a buck a month. I used to write my own workouts, but by my schedule is a little crazy right now and I'm looking to find a program that will put my workouts on auto pilot, so to speak. It's only a buck a month so the price isn't an issue. Just curious if you felt the program was effective overall. I haven't been treating my body all that great the last few months and I want to whoop my ass back into shape. I had probably my worst PT test of my 15 year career this morning and it was definitely a wake up call. I passed with a bit of cushion, but it was a little ugly at times.
