This is a great video. Sounds like people should watch it now before it's gone...

SSG Carlos Madden It's out now. The new CSAF & SecAF are not of the same belief that the formers were. They love this bird.

I have a very simple philosophy when it comes to military weapons systems: What do the service members on the ground want? It is their lives on the line and they know what is best. If we get it wrong, they die or get hurt. I could care less about Sam and Suzie Q losing their jobs in Congressman X's district when a convoluted project that the end users don't want gets cancelled. They lose a job, and can get another. When the military doesn't get the weapons they need, service members die... there endeth my rant!

LT Brad McInnis truth. The frame that those two wanted to replace the A-10 is still trying to get it's wings right. Hell, we'll be on Gen 7 before that thing is fully functional.

F35 developers wished this plane went to the boneyard. Fat Chance now that the F35 continues to be an Edsel.
