I think it’s a crock of sh... we risk our lives and because we live in a structured environment they have us by the ba...s. They took playboy and penthouse out of the px. What’s next ban tobacco and alcohol?

This is another example of servicemembers being old enough to fight and die for our country but not able to be treated as adults. I remember how difficult it was being from an area where the drinking age was 18 and going to an area where it was 21. I understand that DOD wants us to observe local laws, however, sometimes we need to treat our Sailors and Soldiers like adults. After all, they volunteered to serve our country and they should be able to be treated as adults ON BASE! This is the Command Master Chief looking at it and trying to take care of his troops!

DIsagree with the "great news." I remember how difficult it was being from an area where the drinking age was 18 and going to an area where it was 21. I understand that DOD wants us to observe local laws, but it is NOT Great news for those affected.

A great leader would encourage his subordinates to quit such nasty toxic habit. Tobacco products carry multiple chemicals that are harmful to humans. Second hand smoke is also a problem to health. Taking care of troops is helping them overcome addiction, not enable it. IMHO you should check statistics and data that support and confirm that tobacco kills. It's on the boxes as well.
