PO1 William "Chip" Nagel truly of the most informative: By some estimates, there are 2 million brown tree snakes on Guam, about 9,500 per square mile.

I have been there a few times- saw the pits each time. The bird population is so small. Amazing the damage caused.

Horrible things. BTW, the military planes are inspected when leaving Guam because those things like to stow away
