That is an interesting summary. That seems to be the problem, I think it would be good to let the Congress know that is the wrong direction. They need to put the pressure on the criminals. Criminals must be laughing at these actions.

1) Since when do criminals follow background check?
2) How many people will die from their angry/estranged former spouse/lover/significant other because they can't get a firearm? Because a restraining order is just a piece of paper with not a single tooth behind it.
