This is the same clown that had to apologize to midgets for making not so PC comments about them, and who didn't want to put more troops on Guam lest it tip over. (Yes, Hank Johnson actually thought too much weight from all the troops there would cause it to capsize!)

I can't believe this loony-toon is still in office... I got more than I could handle from him when he concerned himself over the possibility that troops in Guam were going to cause the island to capsize and tip over. I mean seriously, do we have no standards anymore?
