Have A Coping Plan For Grief During The Holidays

I have a plan each year since the loss of my wife. And the war, spending holidays overseas in a war zone. And my child hood and stepfather. If I didn't make some sort of plan I don't know how it things wld work out. It Been 4 yrs Nov 17th. I can't tell you where those 4 yrs have gone....at all....

My wife and her siblings will be having to cope with the recent loss of their mother this Christmas season.
