SFC William Farrell There are Three kinds of Time in Hawaii, Regular Time, Military Time and Hawaiian Time, I've Never Seen Anyone there Antsy, Excited or in a Hurry about anything to Include Immediate Death. I Have Some Concern on How Many Folks are Stoned out of their Minds on Kona Gold trying to Enjoy the End of the World.

The fact that a government employee could accidently send a message like this tells you all you need to know about their protocols, levels of approval, how the messages are written/stored etc. It is an embarrassing mess for anyone that oversees their emergence management service.

The prevailing story is that someone pushed the wrong button. WTF? They have that message pre-programmed somewhere so that all it takes is pushing a button to send it out?
