Here in TX we have two State Agencies which assist veterans in different ways. I don't have direct knowledge of what they do in other states but get the feeling there are probably similar agencies in other states providing a lot of services.

I don't know the regs in the Army, but I was only required to wear my top 3, unless otherwise instructed.
