Until more time passes, he is just another bureaucrat in the succession of many the establishment will beat. We can hope for the best, but in all probability, an even larger budget will be asked for and received. But to the Vets will see little change. Must be a bit pessimistic today.

Pretty much agree. Hasn't shown any inclination to make earth shattering changes so far but his time in office is still short.

I am holding my opinion until more time passes. I still have the sour taste from McDonald lingering, and I don't want that to cloud my judgement.
