If this guy even remotely resembles the Rickover model, you are right. Anyone that is aware of our record in the nuclear field will applaud that assignment.

MCPO Roger Collins Master Chief while I doubt in the days of the PC Navy anyone could directly resemble Rickover Naval Reactors are still the safest form of propulsion known to man. That only comes with exacting leadership and training. From my time on USS Mississippi I can tell you they are no joke. If I were king for a day I would charge the OOD with 7 counts of Manslaughter.
