I use the pedometer on my cell phone for my daily walks. I've yet to reach 10 K in one day, and I'm not sure my knees and hip could go that far in one day. I think I do enough for an old guy in good shape.
The new tidal wave in health and fitness has arrived.
No longer do you have to carry a notebook and pen with you to keep track of your caloric intake or log what exercises you performed in the gym. There are health apps and wearables that track this information for you. They also monitor your heartrate, steps taken and how many hours of sleep you get. Fitness apps and devices have gotten considerable interest from consumers in recent years.

That is an app? The Apple 'Health' app is available to the paramedics w/o needing a password if they pick me up from ? SGT (Join to see)

Apple iWatch for me although none of them give accurate readings. They are a tool that we can al use for motivation to get up and get moving. I've tried many of them but at the end of the day....I have to take the first step!! Hooah

Nothing needs to be hacked here SFC George Smith. It's out for the public to see. I'm pretty sure the bad guys keep up with what's in the news or the Internet. Why don't we make it easier for them and draw them a map where each security position is.
