Same guy repeatedly predicted Trump would never be POTUS. And according to the current POTUS left the national stockpile depleted after his encounter with trying to stop Ebola I think it was (who knows if that is actually true as POTUS likes to make statements like that). BTW, as the earths population grows we can expect pandemics to increase. Always has been a natural defense mechanism of nature to prevent over population. On the other hand, Earths population is predicted to start decreasing rather substantially by 2050 due to better economic circumstances across the globe and increasing use of birth control. So my take this period of more pandemics will be a temporary period at best if it does happen.
