Yea, a lot of the time he says stupid stuff. But there is a lot that CA can do. There’s, state, federal and local land and money is given for forestry to help prevent widespread destruction. What happens in CA is there’s a lot of protected areas for plants and also upper CA management doesn’t want to “destroy habitats” for animals etc. which they can clean up areas without disturbing the habit completely. So they try and cut:/preserve land but the state steps in and says no. So there’s a lot that goes into it, but yes he says stupid things
