Henderson Police Mistake 23 Year Old Black Man For 49 Year Old White Man

The cops did it on purpose they knew the system would handle it but "not their problem." They just didn't know it would blow up like it did. This is by no means the first time cops put guys with same names as people with felonies in jail. It was just "an oversight." No one gets charges, no one gets reprimanded, and the taxpayers pay the (deserved) settlement.
Remember when police were hunting Ex-Cop Christopher Dorner out in California? They were so scared they shot up a truck with two women in it and also shot at a bus I believe with people in it. None of the descriptions matched as Dorner was a six foot tall bald headed black man. Even though those women won a lawsuit....the police never took responsibility and said they did anything wrong and the officer were never punished.
