LT Brad McInnis Look at the article i posted concerning India & the Seychelles cooperating on a naval station just north of Madagascar ... could put a few knots in the string of pearls.

I think India still has this. Not only that but the Population of India will be greater than China in a few years if it hasn't reached that level already. Economy of India could use a boost though.
