Nice, looks more "military" to me. Still partial to the greens (I wore in JROTC, my dad wore in the 1st Cav), but this is what my grandfather wore (-ish). Any thoughts to adding the Sam Browne belt like some did in WWII? Also, I note no nametag.
Love the blues going back to Dress Blues; seemed more....important, that way.
What about Officer's covers?
Course, I'm not the one wearing it. Lord knows, my service(s) have their own problems....

If they don't bring back the Sam Browne belt, what was really the point?

Personally, I would say NO!, not again! They will look flattering on fit officers. during my time in the Army. 1983-2015 I started out with OGs, then BDUS (Elvis Collar Type), then the Summer Weight BDUS, then I had DCUs in 03, then the ACUs. I never needed the Chocolate Chip DCUs. and now the Multicam(s) give it a rest eh?..I am ok with the Current ( Army) Dress Blues...Every time there was a new uniform requirement the officers have to go out and buy it. (not complaining, just stating the fact) It just seems like we spend enormous money on uniform changes and enhancements. (Some Contractor will get rich) Every time there is a new SMA or Army CoS...There will be a uniform change during their tenure. Personally, I think there should be one combat uniform/utility and one dress uniform for all of us (US FORCES) and specialty uniforms for specific jobs. (ie) Pilot, Tanker, Medical, Submariner, etc...My 2 cents...

You all just need to pick a uniform and stick with it.
