This the issue when people place emotion over logic on both party lines. People should take things with a grain or salt. People should worry about local elections over national. The president doesn't have 100% impact on our personal lives. We have laws to prevent that but your local officials can if they want to.

This is part of the problem with a 2-party system. It forces us to "choose a side" and then "bad actors" pit us against one another. This isn't new. This has been going on since the beginning of time. Good and Evil comes to mind...
It's a sad situation when we can't even believe ANY news outlet until each and every story is verified for accuracy and authenticity. It's worse when people just accept whatever is presented as "fact" before taking the time to verify it first. Makes a lot of people look foolish when the truth comes out (assuming we believe the truth when revealed).

What major things has he accomplished in regards to his platform when he was running for election?

Shall we begin with VA accountability. I've thoroughly enjoyed the fruits of that one. Have you? How about renegotiating NAFTA and a couple of other really bad agreements that sucked jobs out of America. Shall I go on? There are at least 50 more...

OK
- Trade war with China: Still going on and we are subsidizing some agriculture. Farm bankruptcies go up.
- Make Mexico pay for the wall: 200 miles of wall was replaced. Some of the wall is crumbling as we speak. Only 1800 more miles to go.
- Work on reducing the deficit: 1 trillion deficit every year except I think it is 3 trillion for this year.
- Promise of 4% GDP growth every year: He never came close to 4%. Add this year's GDP negative growth and he is most likely under 1% GDP growth per year. Add in inflation and his GDP growth over the years will be negative.
- Show his taxes: He would rather litigate.
- One of Mr Trump's trademark rally pledges was to repeal and replace Obamacare: Not happening.
- Kill ISIS: When he withdrew troops from Syria approximately 1000 ISIS members escaped. They are also going global.
- Tax cuts: Yes taxes were cut and Trump said it would boost the economy. Corporations would produce more and make capital investments. Much of the money went into stock buy backs. Corporations will not produce more or invest in greater production capability if there is no increased demand. This also reduced revenue to the government thus putting more pressure on the deficit.
Now lets add in record COVID-19 deaths. Wrecked economy. Record unemployment. Civil unrest.
Yipee!
How on earth do you Trumpers support a man who has less sense of morality than we expect from Army Privates? Do you really believe he is a military genius? Do you believe he leads the world with the pandemic response with the most cases and deaths? Do you really trust someone who illegally used $2 million from a veterans charity fund? Do you believe a president who says America first then gets visas for foreign workers to work at his resorts? Are you folks that vacuous in mind? It is mind boggling.
