It's all in the state of mind. Once you make a decision and dedicate yourself to something, it becomes easy. The problem often lies in "should" and "maybe" statements. No more "maybe I will start going to the gym" or "I should start working out". No, tell yourself instead, "Tomorrow, when I wake up, I will go to the gym. I will workout everyday, no matter how late it is or tired I am. I will dedicate myself to this." Like the article said, 99% is hard, 100% is easy.

Thanks for the encouragement ENS (Join to see). It is a state of mind. I quit smoking overnight. I can do this too.
