Ingredients for the Recipe
3 chicken breasts (800 grams).
1 potato.
2 green peppers.
1 red pepper.
1 onion.
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (15 ml).
4 tablespoons of tomato sauce (60 grams).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
1 tsp mint.
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
1 teaspoon of black pepper.
3 phyllo bread.
1/2 teaspoon of butter (10 grams).
For sauce
3 eggs.
1 glass of milk (200 ml).
4 tablespoons of flour (80 grams).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 grams).
1 packet of baking soda (10 grams).
parsley.
For the above
cheddar cheese (100 grams).
Cooking time: 180 °C in the oven, 20 minutes.
