This is a tough one, but both should be happy that there are people that would defend this country and their goofy butts.

Clinton was doing what he was legally obliged to do: finish G.H.W. Bush and Cheney's draw down of the military after the cold war. It was THEIR budget that started the cuts. He continued it for the same reason they stated it.
People either are unaware of this or choose to ignore the facts.
