Would it really be an election without a Dinesh D'Souza smear job movie against the Democratic candidate? Now that it's 2016, perhaps we should reevaluate 2016: Obama's America.

And do you feel that his predictions are wrong?

Austin Hocutt - I wasn't really inclined to watch a propaganda movie by a right wing Political operative and convicted criminal. That said, if he predicted that unemployment would be below 5% and that the stock market would be roughly 50% higher than it was when the film was made... then I guess he was spot on.

Denesh D'souza is a first generation immigrant from India and his only interest in making movies is an attempt to seek a fast path to political influence here in the United States (he tried the illegal Political Contributions route and got caught). I would not trust anything the guy says and I'm pretty sure he is also a convicted Felon that has spent 5 years in jail already for the illegal contributions deal.......so he has a grudge to settle as well. Also read he got caught cheating on his wife but that's not really relevant to the topic.

He only spent 8 months in jail, with 2 years of community service. But the reasons behind the movie or not, the movie does make logical points about the democrats.

(What the courts don't want to tell you, is that for his "over funding" of his friends campaign, he was needed to be "re-educated" through psychological evaluations. And funny thing is, his "over funding" was done after his movie Obama's America was shown.)

Me I'm more inclined to believe what he has to say, rather than be spoon fed the lies that the media as well as the democrats want to portray themselves as.

Austin Hocutt - Regardless, I have seen excerpts from his movies on FOX News and even there I can see he slants things quite a bit in his presentation. I would trust someone born and raised in the United States a lot more than someone born in corruption ridden India to present a history of a major political party in the United States. So where he was born has a lot to do with me not trusting him. Second, his past attempts to cozy up to those in political power has me deeply suspicious of his motives. I would have a lot more trust in the guy if he had some street creds. Like say an interest in helping a charity or organization in the United States whose issues he was attempting to push in Congress. No such history there and all I get is the Heritage Organization (another reach for political influence). Maybe if he ran for elective office and won? I don't know the guy strikes me as a weasel.
