CSM Michael Poll CSM Poll, I'm not directly from the south but have family from the south so I understand. Thanks for this.

I am from the South and that was unfounded. How long are we supposed to hold a grudge against Cuba because they didn't do what we wanted? Hell, it's bad when we were more willing to give the former Soviet Republic a pass before Cuba

Raul Castro just demanded we end the blockade (didn't even know we had one, that slipped by this old sailor) that is creating a problem in Cuba's growth and the removal of our forces from GTMO, an illegal imposition on Cuba. (despite our having a Treaty that goes in perpetuity UNLESS BOTH NATIONS AGREE TO RESCIND THE TREATY.) Obama can do this without Congressional input.

One of the few things Obama has done that I agree with. As long as he doesn't give GITMO back to the Castros'. And I believe he will do so.

The Cuban people are still appressed. Nothing has changed. The Castro brothers are the only winners. the people will be paid in worthless pesos.
