History Teacher Stomps on U.S. Flag in Classroom

Even in HS I would have been all over that and probably would have gotten a months detention....

This happened at my son's High School, my son isnt in this class, after a little Google action, you will find as I did that this Teacher had a failed political campaign with some strong views. In my opinion this is all part of his political motivations and not part of what is best for educating our future leaders.

This school is now caught up in a heated debate with people causing distractions and disruptions. The PTA is calling for parents to come and put up a human wall between the students and the media circus.

Was his approach wrong, most definitely but if his hearts desire is to educate then he needs to apologize and not keep stoking the fires as he does in this article .

I know ...... I know,over fifty years ago I took an Oath to defend and protect the Constitution and the 1st amendment rights of this citizen(teacher)but damn this breaks this old man's heart.
