I saw this on my local news and can't imagine why one has not been ordered for each and every police car in the us, no, in the world. Can you fathom the lives it would save in a week let alone in a year?

Money and liability, that's why it wont sell well. At least, not until a brave police department buys it and shows that it is a effective tool.
