I temember this and still say the same... cop was wrong. Hopefully situations like this and others can be used as a teaching tool for our LEOs and Citizens alike.

There are almost a million law enforcement officials in the US. On an average day an officer may interact with dozens of people... every now and then something stupid is going to happen.
