I wish they had been around to capture my father and uncles' stories from WWII before they passed

I agree Capt Seid Waddell, but my uncle won't even talk about it to this day.

SGT (Join to see), mine didn't either - to me. I did hear them talk among themselves on occasion though, and their stories should have been told but have now been lost forever.

Only if the Houston VA does this. I've always thought it would help the doctors if they knew what a Vet did while in the Military. Thanks

SGT (Join to see) It took my dad 30 years after retiring to finally get the VA to admit he had Agent Orange and to up his disability from 60% to 100%.

Sgt Kelli Mays - Those were sad days trying to prove you got cancer or a lung disease from AO. First you had to prove you were in an area AO was used. He'll, the entire country of South Vietnam was covered in AO. Tell your dad I said thanks for his service.
