The mother is a real ****. She is intolerant and criminally liable. The statement about Racism is not accurate. She is a bigot and a bad person. A dislike of a religion would make her a terrible person, but not racist unless she is defaming a individual or group.

Do not get pissed I am just pointing out that the label "Racist" does not fit. This is just the thought police getting out of hand. If they were calling a Person slanderous names that would fit, even a group of people. ie, a Christian belonging to a church, say a Baptist can be a racist. His church would not be. A religion/ideology on its own is not. The old saying "Not all Muslims are bad, but all ISIS extremest are Muslim", same thing.
Thanks, JL

I see what you mean, but could it be deemed racist if other language that wasn't in the article was said? I know it focuses on the religious aspect of it, but usually when you see one, the other follows.

I don't care for the mothers one bit. They won't do any time, and will get "counseling", community service, and pay a fine. In that, there is no ramifications for their actions, only validation from those who support them knowing the worst they will get is a joke of justice. This is the second time something like this has happened. You had the bikers who were targeting a Mosque and wanted to stage a "peaceful protest", but asked attendee's to bring weapons...... "peaceful" my ass.

Being labeled a "racist" is a broad stroke term, but can be easily narrowed down by the interpreter of the word, and the person affected by the words. The cops could be right.

I see what you say. But, words, especially highly charged words, mean things. We should not allow the improper use of these words by media or political leaders.

This happened with the term, "hate crimes" . All crime is hateful. Our thoughts should not be held against us. By allowing the media, who created this when speaking about any crime against a minority person/item he/she owns or used (white people can't be victims of hate crime as described in most states) can call you thoughts as hateful. We all lose when this happens .
