This is one of the most fascinating videos I've watched in a long time. Two men talking about the revolutionary change in entertainment. Are films a thing of the past? The most watched TV event in history, The Moon Landing, had more than 500 million viewers. A YouTube video has had more than 3.5 Billion viewers. Many YouTube channels have more subscribers than the most popular network TV shows have viewers. Something is happening in entertainment. Is it good? I think so. How about you?

The old networks are scratching their heads trying to keep up with this newfangled internet thing. I was in a meeting with a network exec who was confused over the internet. Sad, really...

2 reasons CPT Jack Durish : 1) We have brought about a microwave mentality. Why wait when you can slap in the microwave and have it it in a matter of minutes. It is a phenomenon called Instant-gratification. 2) We naturally try to compare ourselves to those doing worse so we can, instantly, feel better about ourselves without putting out an effort to better ourselves.
