Sounds great....but when he fired folks before, they took him to court and won...twice. I think the appeals process and some of the union influence would have to be looked into. Also when they get that high up, they're SES. That's damn near like going after a four star GO and you're a PFC. In this case the VA secretary IS that PFC. Good intentions, but not enough rank, power, or support to really nail them to the wall.
