I don't think POTUS Obama would have done such thing given the fact that he was scrutinized in his every move from the beginning of his 8 years presidency until the end. And also I don't think he was so low to do something that would tarnish his legacy. Though his agenda was too liberal to my taste, I think he was a great shepherd and a man of great integrity and moral strength.
