Interesting. Only 11 Republicans think it's bad to encourage the killing other members of Congress. How low has that party sunk?

Capt Gregory Prickett - I would say that maybe part of the constitution is in direct conflict with the Ten Commandments. In my and many people’s view, God takes priority over anything. The Ten Commandments were written long before our US Constitution.

PO1 H Gene Lawrence - Evidently, Gregory does not understand that Gene! The framers of our constitution who wanted to make it a charter of liberties and not just set of constitutive rules faced a difficult choice. Since 1956, "In God we Trust" has been the official motto of the United States. I also have studied law but due to personal reasons, I had to put it all, in the back burner. The reality of 10 commandments, some do in fact apply to the constitution directly or indirectly.
1st. I am the Lord thy God, thou shall have any strange gods before Me. In God we Trust is in our constitution. 2nd. Amendment; Thou shalt not take the Lord thy God in Vain. 3rd. Remember to keep the Sabbath day. 4th. Honor they father and they mother. 5th. Thou shall not murder or kill is part of the the 2nd Amendment of the constitution, which gives any person the right to defend themselves. 6th. Thou shall not commit adultery, this also applies to civil laws, 7th. Thou shall not steal, 18 U.S. Code Chapter 31- covers embezzlement and theft. 8th. You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor, which is falsely/unjustly speaking lies against your neighbor/s is punishable under civil laws. 9th. You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife; Or sexually be involved with another man's wife or husband which is called, adultery under human law!
10th. Thou shall not not covet they neighbor's goods; which means stealing your neighbors' goods or property punishable under Law. So Mr. Attorney, you figure this out and tell me how does it apply in you book of knowledge!!

SFC Chuck Martinez - in my opinion there should be no conflict. BTW Prickett is no slouch when it comes to the Bible. He is very knowledgeable, saying that is was a devout Christian but after reading the Bible numerous times, he now rejects Christianity. I really don’t know if that is what he truly believes or that he is provoking folks to read their Bibles by disagreeing with Christian posts on RP.

You have to make sure your brain is in gear, before your mouth is in motion, the consequences could/might be severe!
