might need to apply the voters boot to some Senatorial rear. Starting with those that will not bring it to a Vote. I would guess that if it was voted on it would be veto proof.

I have never liked the imminent domain concept. I still can’t believe decision was upheld in court. I would bet that the founding fathers wouldn’t like it either.

The founding fathers problY did not belive that it would ever be used for anything but public works. The did not anticipate the level of corruption we now consider the norm.
