Good info, but didn't care about clearing rooms at 400' and 450kts.

Your way of room clearing was more efficient but probably a little more messy.

Good info. However, the "SEAL" technique for clearing the room was the same technique I learned at SWAT school back in 1992. Its pretty much room clearing 101, but its seems so much cooler when it comes from a SEAL.

Most military room clearing techniques and urban CQB techniques were actually taken from civilian police SWAT teams. We (civilian police specialized units) used to train all the time with the Marines, Air Force, and Navy. It was a great relationship. We used their facilities and in exchange we taught them Active Shooter, House Clearing, and other SWAT type urban fighting techniques.

A little this really basic stuff I learned this in BCT and in MOS Q at Shelby but it's done with more fluidity from someone who does this more often.
