The article from the Guardian was a lot more critical about the OPSEC considerations of this, and rightly so. Sure, for a base that you can get satellite imagery of, the lines on Strava aren't going to tell you anything. But there are a lot of things that one *could* learn from this, and it only takes one slip to give away useful information to a potential adversary. Here's the Guardian article:
