The NKS has more than just rare earths. They do need markets but thatbis on l y one th I g they neeed. The US trade wars against the rest of the world . North Korea is too small to be a major Market. South Korea is doing quite well for them th ok ugh, even better since the US started. slapping on tariffs and acting flaky with NK.

Actually, nK used to pay for Russian Tanks by supplying nK lumber jacks to work in Siberia chopping down trees. As a result, there are some small communities of nK in Russia.

That is a area I know quite a hot about. There are some Koreans f that were sent to Russia as payment but there are.many more that ended up there after runibg from the Japanese.
