I love these paint schemes and always thought they would have been amazing to have seen in person. One big thing I can say is sadly we will never see this again mostly due to our advances in technology. This paint would have required a lot of upkeep and special work to make sure it did its job correctly as well as it looked proper. Maybe one day we can get a museum ship to do this paint scheme I don't think there is one out there yet.

Probably not, I'd heard of such paint scheme snack the before, though, as you'd said, such am approach would, doubtless, be deemed outdated as well as too expensive amdmti!e+comsumingmto maintain, as well as outmoded by newer approaches, I'd suppose....
