I have to call bullshit, hydrogen bombs ah have been set of above on and even deep withing thr pacific and what they forecast did not happen. Depending on ignorance of the viewer to push lies is simply propaganda.

The cloud dispersal will depend on a lot of factors, size being one, but the height of burst being more important. A ground or low air burst produces a dirty cloud. The explosion will pick up dirt and debris, radiate it and then spread it while a high air burst is much cleaner. Lil Kim is threatening to detonate a weapon in the Pacific Ocean, I am not sure how water would react to a nuclear detonation.
