Sir, That's not the alternative. The alternative is that we allow the justice system to go do its thing. The VOICE program would create an environment where immigrants - legal and otherwise - could be targeted by anti-immigrant groups through false accusations that would result in a Federal investigation. That sounds a lot like KGB operations to me.

It is ludicrous to believe that anyone would equate this to either a genocide or 'The Holocaust' (extermination of the Jews (Jewish genocide)).
