Obama's administration is the most scandal riddled administration since Harding and Grant administrations. The problem is they are part of and the perpetrators of what we now call the "deep state" They are the gift that keeps on giving and we need to realize they are nothing more than Marxist-Communists. To call them socialist would be be white washing their treason.

“If you like your doctor, you will be able to keep your doctor. Period. If you like your health care plan, you will be able to keep your health care plan. Period. No one will take it away. No matter what.”
Nothing in the law took physicians or insurance policies away from their patients, so that wasn't a lie. Patients could keep their insurance policies (because they were grandfathered) and their physicians. The problem was that insurance companies chose not to renew previous policies (blame the insurance companies) and physicians chose not to accept the new insurance policies that were offered to patients (blame the physicians). Of course, if the law had mandated physicians keep their patients and insurance companies continually renew their grandfathered policies, the right wing would have been screaming about government mandates.
The whole development of the PPACA went like this:
Democrats: "We want a single payer!"
Republicans: "We want everyone to buy their own insurance!"
Obama: "Okay Republicans, we'll go with your plan."
Republicans: "Yay! Wait....we don't like our plan any more now!"
