How the Pentagon Should Deter Cyber Attacks

Seems sometime even with all the Information technology there are times that simple back up paper or other traditional methods of communication are still good back up when other things fail. Paper can still be vulnerable but not a likely to shut things down as our "Modern" high tech. systems. The capabilities sure need constant monitoring to insure there isn't a total breakdown or loss of sensitive or operational data. Nothing all that new here though, as technology advances so do the ways to defeat it by others. The old saying " an once of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure ! "
