The interview popped across my feed. There was one quote in particular that caught my attention which made me decide to share the entire thing, however there are LOTS of little nuggets of wisdom in this.
"So you're not opposed to [Redacted]?
"I'm not opposed to anybody if their workload matches their #$%^shit load."

I watch the show (and watched Home Improvement). I like the show because they are trying to show both sides of the argument, from opposing angles. As lead, his side does tend to be more prominent however you can definitely tell there are smart writers, and they have a progressive skew on things, merely because of how the arguments are couched. It makes things seem more real, because there are indeed real "cultural" differences being discussed. I think that is why the show is as successful as it is.
